Insurance Customer Service Representative Account Manager
Overview
Lead client relationship management for personal insurance lines in a collaborative environment. Build and maintain strong connections while handling inquiries and policy updates. Drive retention by marketing existing clients and supporting peers.
What You'll Do7
- 1Answer inbound client questions and requests via phone and email regarding coverage billing and policy updates
- 2Review and process policy changes including endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements
- 3Work directly with multiple insurance carriers to prepare quotes process endorsements and resolve policy issues
- 4Remarket existing clients/policies to obtain alternative quotes and increase agency retention
- 5Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
- 6Provide administrative support to other Account Managers and Producers
- 7File claims and provide concierge-like assistance
Requirements6
- 1Active Tennessee Property Casualty Insurance License
- 21+ years of personal lines insurance account management or customer service experience within an independent insurance agency or insurance brokerage environment
- 3Professional phone etiquette
- 4Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- 5Ability to learn new computer programs
- 6Availability to work in office Monday through Friday in Franklin TN
Salary Insight
$50 - $65k per year
