What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks
- 2Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- 3Process ACH payments wire transfers checks and electronic transactions
- 4Handle payroll accurately and maintain payroll records
- 5Reconcile bank accounts credit cards loans and balance sheet accounts
- 6Complete monthly and year-end closing procedures
- 7Prepare monthly financial statements management reports and cash flow reports
- 8Identify process improvements and implement workflow efficiencies
- 9Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- 10Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- 11Collaborate professionally with owners and executives on financial matters
Requirements10
- 1Strong hands-on full-cycle accounting experience
- 2Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- 3Proven experience with AP AR payroll ACH/electronic payments bank reconciliations and GL accounting
- 4Expertise in journal entries month-end close and financial statement preparation
- 5Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- 6Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- 7Attention to detail commitment to accuracy and critical thinking abilities
- 8Ability to work independently while maintaining professional collaboration
- 9Degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field preferred
- 10Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
