What You'll Do11
- 1Promote personal rapport with guests and provide courteous service
- 2Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
- 3Coordinate with Housekeeping and Room Service for seamless check-in/check-out
- 4Maintain guest history profiles and update them regularly
- 5Process gift cards and prepare welcome packets daily
- 6Issue and process payments while balancing daily cash reports
- 7Organize dining and activity recommendations for guests
- 8Prepare Concierge Assistant and SMS logs for accessibility
- 9Report issues to managers and resolve problems promptly
- 10Follow radio etiquette and adhere to hotel policies
- 11Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods
Requirements6
- 1Strong customer service experience in upscale hospitality environments
- 2Proficiency with Word and Excel
- 3Excellent verbal and written English communication
- 4Basic mathematical computation skills
