What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain immaculate dining room floors chairs tables and surroundings through continuous sweep mop and detail.
- 2Clear and reset tables precisely sanitizing each surface to M Cantina standards.
- 3Manage glassware silverware dishware and service items keeping stock levels consistent and ready.
- 4Prepare coffee tea and ice water with quality presentation and timeliness.
- 5Deliver food promptly to servers while anticipating guest needs and table positions.
- 6Support bar by keeping area clean stocked and organized.
- 7Keep service stations clean organized and fully stocked throughout shift.
- 8Anticipate needs of servers bartenders and managers stepping in without being asked.
- 9Reset and prepare restaurant for next shift ensuring seamless transition between services.
- 10Follow tagline Time to Lean = Time to Clean emphasizing constant activity.
- 11Operate with urgency intention precision speed and awareness.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading front‑of‑house teams
- 35+ years experience with Python and React
- 42+ years managing Kubernetes clusters
- 51 year implementing AWS automation solutions
