What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers and assist with bagging, cart retrieval, and store navigation
- 2Scan and process purchases accurately using POS systems
- 3Stock shelves and maintain product displays to store standards
- 4Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to shift leads
- 5Maintain cleanliness of checkout areas and entryways
- 6Support fellow associates during peak hours and breaks
- 7Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines
- 8Complete online learning modules on Retail Operations and Customer Service
Requirements8
- 10-1 years of customer service or retail experience
- 2Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per shift
- 3Comfort using POS and Inventory software
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Must be at least 16 years old
- 6Availability to work weekends and holidays
- 7Strong verbal communication skills
