- 9Oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts maintaining efficiency professionalism
- 10Stay informed about hotel facilities services and local attractions for guest guidance
- 11Promote teamwork foster collaboration across all hotel departments
- 12Handle reservations cancellations and upgrades following company policies
- 13Support training development for new hires and existing staff
- 14Track occupancy levels and report operational performance to management
- 15Lead a dynamic team driven by strong leadership communication and interpersonal abilities

Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with hospitality or business coursework preferred
- 2Minimum two years front desk experience with supervisory role preferred
- 3Proven leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- 5Proficiency in FOSSE and basic office software
- 6Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- 7Strong organizational skills prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
- 8Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- 9Passion for customer service bilingual skills a plus
- 10Physical stamina standing extended periods lifting twenty five pounds
