Front Desk Representative - Bilingual Spanish Hospitality
Overview
Own the front desk at a busy Mount Laurel hotel. Greet guests, manage check-ins, and resolve issues with a smile. Work with Visual Matrix and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth stays. This contract-to-hire role offers conversion after 6 months. You will become the face of the property, mastering guest relations in a hands-on environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out with Visual Matrix.
- 2Answer calls and respond to guest questions about amenities and local attractions.
- 3Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments in real time.
- 4Process payments and keep billing records accurate.
- 5Resolve guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed.
- 6Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
- 7Maintain guest profiles and update the property management system.
- 8Reconcile the cash drawer and complete shift reports.
- 9Follow safety and hospitality standards during every shift.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional English.
- 31+ year experience with Visual Matrix or similar hotel software.
- 41-2 years in customer service or hospitality, preferred.
- 5Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
- 7Availability for either 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shifts.
- 8Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 9Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
