Front Desk Operations Manager - Crunch Fitness
Overview
You will own the front desk experience at Crunch Fitness, setting the tone for energy and results every day. You'll lead member onboarding, drive sales and retention, and coach a team of front desk staff. With 95+ clubs open and 100+ on the way, you'll have access to rapid career growth. This role combines operational excellence with people leadership, making you the heartbeat of the club.
What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver a welcoming environment for members and staff, ensuring a positive first impression every day.
- 2Drive member integration and sales performance by leading kickoff sessions and boosting booking and participation percentages.
- 3Support retention through cancel-save processes and follow-up calls with cancelled members to reduce month-over-month cancellations.
- 4Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions, ACH enrollment, referrals, and duplication.
- 5Organize member engagement events, including monthly appreciation parties and social media initiatives.
- 6Manage operational details such as cooler/drink inventory, member billing updates, and reporting accuracy.
- 7Conduct weekly leadership meetings with club leaders to review performance and drive accountability.
- 8Oversee cleaning systems and protocols to maintain Crunch's high standards.
- 9Review daily and monthly performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- 10Support the General Manager in achieving membership unit and revenue targets.
