What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every guest and member with a high-energy, welcoming attitude to create a positive first impression.
- 2Sell Crunch memberships and promote club services to meet performance targets.
- 3Handle check-ins, phone calls, and inquiries with clear communication and organizational skill.
- 4Resolve member concerns promptly to keep the gym floor focused on fitness.
- 5Support club cleanliness and operational standards during every shift.
- 6Partner with the sales team to drive tour conversions and membership growth.
- 7Model the No Judgments philosophy in every interaction.
- 8Assist with front desk tasks, including payment processing and membership updates.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of sales or customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
- 2Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
- 3Positive attitude with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- 4Professional, reliable, and coachable mindset.
- 5Ability to stand for long shifts and manage multiple tasks.
- 6Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
