Fragrance Concierge, Guest Experience & Retail Support
Overview
Fragrance Concierge owns the guest journey from greeting to blending recommendations, guiding memorable scent experiences for each guest. You will collaborate with the team to ensure an organized workstation and smooth event support. This role offers hands-on fragrance education and a chance to grow with a creative, inclusive culture.
What You'll Do7
- 1Welcome guests and explain The Fragrance Lab experience
- 2Assist customers in selecting fragrance oils for custom blends
- 3Provide recommendations based on mood occasion or scent profile
- 4Blend and bottle final creations training provided
- 5Maintain a clean organized and aesthetic workstation
- 6Restock oils tools and supplies as needed
- 7Support retail and workshop events with energy and professionalism
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience in customer service retail or hosting is a plus
- 2Warm charismatic personality with strong people skills
- 3Interest in fragrance beauty or hospitality industries
- 4Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast paced environment
- 5Punctual dependable and a great communicator
