What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build end-to-end product experiences across frontend applications and backend services

Requirements11
- 18+ years of software engineering experience at Staff Principal or equivalent level
- 2Track record of building and shipping consumer products in zero-to-one or startup contexts
- 3Deep full-stack technical range spanning product surfaces backend systems data architecture infrastructure and operations
- 4Experience with mobile development using React Native Swift Kotlin or Flutter
- 5Practical experience building AI-powered products for real users
- 6High technical judgment around reliability privacy security and scale
- 7Clear communication skills to serve as trusted technical partner across disciplines
- 8Strong ownership mindset with ability to thrive without extensive documentation
- 9Nice to have: background in dating social discovery or AI-native consumer products
- 10Experience with recommendation systems ranking personalization matching marketplace dynamics
- 11Founder or early startup experience preferred
