You will own document requests and financial summaries from day one, building skills for a long-term forensic career.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Prepare document requests for fraud investigations and business disputes, ensuring all financial records are captured.
  • 2Summarize and interpret financial statements, bank records, and tax returns to identify anomalies in Forensic Accounting cases.
  • 3Build bank tracing analyses to map cash flows for white collar crime and post-acquisition disputes.
  • 4Compute lost profits and economic damages using Excel and financial modeling, supporting expert testimony.
  • 5Perform detailed analyses of ownership disputes, marital dissolution, and estate matters with Manager oversight.
  • 6Attend settlement conferences and hearings with senior staff to observe legal proceedings firsthand.
  • 7Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather evidence and clarify financial questions for litigation.
  • 8Draft financial exhibits and summaries for expert reports, adhering to court deadlines and standards.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting from an accredited program.
  • 2Candidate for CPA exam with a timeline to complete within 1 year.
  • 33+ years in public accounting with 1+ year specifically in forensic accounting.
  • 4Experience in litigation engagements, including depositions or discovery, is a plus.
  • 5Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple deadlines in Forensic Accounting projects.
  • 6Excellent organizational skills for tracking document production and financial data.
  • 7Effective communication to present findings to Managers, Partners, and clients.
  • 8Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills for complex financial tracing.
