What You'll Do8
- 1Lead FMS case development and execution, ensuring timely milestones and compliant documentation
- 2Coordinate with field experts to address customer inquiries and support program reviews
- 3Develop and monitor DSAMS cases MISIL SCIP and related funding plans
- 4Prepare letters and Memorandums for the Record following Navy standards
- 5Track funding execution, spending plans, and action items for new business and case performance
- 6Maintain program reports and tracking tools for FMS activities and funding efforts
- 7Contribute to PMS 404N FMS process improvements and tooling
- 8Coordinate review and tracking of foreign national visit requests

- 2Bachelor's degree
- 3Active DoD SECRET security clearance
- 42 years of professional experience
- 5FMS case management or financial management experience (preferred)
- 6DoD program management experience (preferred)
- 7Experience with MISIL DSAMS SCIP or related systems (preferred)
- 8Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 9Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, ambiguity-prone environments
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills
