Food Services Director, Behavioral Health
Overview
Lead all food service operations at The Recovery Village in Atlanta, GA, overseeing meal preparation, staff supervision, and budget management across a facility dedicated to addiction and mental health treatment. What You'll Do8

Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, or 3 years experience in a food service capacity.
- 2Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role within a healthcare facility, in consultation with a dietitian, or equivalent military training.
- 3Current ServSafe Certification required.
- 4Current CPR and Basic First Aid certification required.
- 5Proficiency in food preparation, regulatory compliance, and kitchen sanitation.
- 6Ability to manage budgets, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
- 7Strong leadership skills to recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- 8Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff.
