Overview
You will prep, serve, and clean at a high-volume corporate café in Lake Mary, FL. What You'll Do8
- 1Prep fruits, vegetables, and ingredients daily, weighing and measuring to recipe specs.
- 2Transport food pans, kettles, and trays safely from storage to workstations and stoves.
- 3Store food in labeled, dated containers following food safety rotation procedures.
- 4Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
- 5Stock supplies, utensils, and portable equipment at service stations.
- 6Serve customers using outlined steps, resolving concerns and escalating to supervisors.
- 7Follow service and inventory standards, handling cash and control procedures.
- 8Apply recipes and production standards to ensure proper serving temperatures and portions.
