Overview
The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton offers AM Food Runner position delivering food to guests while acting as liaison between front and back of house. AM shifts run 7am - 3pm onsite full-time with schedule flexibility. Compensation $17-20/hour plus benefits.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver food to guests professionally and knowledgeably
- 2Serve as liaison between front of house and back of house staff
- 3Maintain clean and sanitary bussing station
- 4Complete restocking and cleaning duties as instructed
- 5Memorize menu items recipes and daily specials
- 6Ensure tables are cleaned and set promptly
- 7Answer customer inquiries and provide timely information
- 8Present professional appearance and maintain friendly demeanor
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1High school education or equivalent experience
- 2Three to six months food beverage service experience
- 3Vision ability to see details in dim lighting
- 4Manual coordination skills for punching buttons and balancing trays
- 5Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and stand continuously
- 6Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- 7Commitment to customer service excellence
