What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and deliver food orders accurately to tables
- 2Communicate special requests to kitchen and server staff
- 3Maintain efficient order delivery and station organization
- 4Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless guest experiences
- 5Assist with inventory restocking and cleaning duties
- 6Perform side tasks such as refilling water glasses and bussing tables
- 7Follow food safety standards and sanitation requirements
- 8Support overall cleanliness of dining and back-of-house areas
Requirements7
- 1Valid ServSafe Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County Food Handler certification
- 2Physical stamina to stand and walk 6-12 hours daily during events
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle hot steamy cold environments
- 4Previous experience in restaurant or sports entertainment industry
- 5Flexibility for evening weekend holiday shifts
- 6Strong customer service skills and multitasking abilities
- 7Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices
