- 11Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 1 year progressive management experience in supermarkets retail restaurants or hospitality
- 2Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- 3Strong communication problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- 4Basic proficiency with POS systems scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
- 5Food safety certification or ability to obtain post hire
- 6Must be 21 years old or older
- 7Associate degree preferred in business retail management or related field
- 8Experience in grocery fresh food retail hospitality or high-volume specialty retail
- 9Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting
- 10Bilingual skills valued
- 11Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds
