What You'll Do10
- 1Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain exceptional guest service.
- 2Recruit, hire, train, and coach employees and managers.
- 3Drive employee engagement, accountability, and retention.
- 4Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- 5Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
- 6Review P&L reports and identify performance improvements.
- 7Schedule labor to meet operational needs and labor goals.
- 8Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
- 9Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations.
- 10Support the General Manager in building a positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
Requirements9
- 13-5 years progressive restaurant leadership in a high-volume full-service setting.
- 2Proven leadership managing large teams.
- 3Strong financial acumen including labor management and P&L accountability.
- 4Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and development.
- 5Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- 6Passion for hospitality and building a positive team culture.
- 7Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 8Food Handler Certification required, ServSafe Manager preferred.
- 9Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.
Salary Insight
