- 12Coaches and retrains staff to meet Loews standards
- 13Attends hotel meetings to stay informed about promotions and events
- 14Works floor during peak times communicating with bar and room service
- 15Analyzes guest needs and recommends operational changes
- 16Promotes teamwork and maintains cleanliness of equipment
- 17Follows safety regulations and complies with hotel standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading hospitality teams
- 3Associate of Science degree in Hospitality or Food Service management
- 4Two years management experience in hotel food service
- 5Certification as Food Service Manager or equivalent
- 6Ability to maintain upscale food service operations
- 7Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 8Proficiency in guest relations and professional communication
- 9Knowledge of hotel policies and equal opportunity practices
