What You'll Do9
- 1Attend weekly meetings to relay event information to staff
- 2Supply capabilities and programs to other departments and clients
- 3Respond to guest needs and manage service quality standards
- 4Implement cost controls for food and beverage operations
- 5Utilize inventory and product utilization systems
- 6Lead by productivity standards for food & beverage personnel
- 7Create comfortable atmospheres to encourage employee loyalty
- 8Assist with hiring and training programs
- 9Support other food and beverage outlets as needed
Requirements6
- 1Previous experience in luxury hotel restaurant or full-service resort
- 2Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 3Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations
- 4Excellent customer service skills
- 5Pleasant and positive personality
- 6Well organized
