Overview
Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets at a premier hotel property ensuring high service standards guest satisfaction revenue optimization and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do12
- 1Manage daily operations of F&B outlets including lounges coffee shops and in-room dining
- 2Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficiency and consistency
- 3Collaborate with culinary team and F&B leaders to maintain menu quality
- 4Monitor cleanliness safety and compliance with health regulations
- 5Manage budgets for each outlet controlling costs while maximizing revenue
- 6Implement pricing strategies promotions and special events to drive revenue growth
- 7Work with sales team to develop promotional campaigns for outlets
- 8Build relationships with local businesses vendors and community organizations
- 9Identify trends and implement new food and beverage concepts to stay competitive
- 10Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets by upholding service standards
- 11Address guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and timely
- 12Recruit train and supervise F&B associates fostering team-oriented culture

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3AWS Certified
- 4Python expertise
- 5React development experience
