What You'll Do11

- 5Maintain liquor inventory and train servers on spirits and wine service
- 6Schedule shifts and enforce attendance policies for flexible staffing
- 7Inspect grooming standards and enforce dress code compliance
- 8Expedite orders in kitchen and expedite tables in dining areas
- 9Lead daily line-ups and communicate with Director of Food and Beverage
- 10Update pricing and manage order flow based on real-time business levels
- 11Ensure health safety certifications and proper training documentation
Requirements11
- 12 years upscale food service experience with strong wine service knowledge
- 2Certifications in food handler alcohol service required
- 3High school diploma and valid ID for alcohol service
- 4Ability to work weekends and holidays in dynamic environments
- 5Proficiency in scheduling and managing flexible shifts
- 6Excellent communication skills in English
- 7Minimum age for alcohol service certification
- 8Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
