We seek a dedicated Float Client Relationship Consultant to lead face to face engagements while delivering tailored financial advice across multiple locations. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized counseling and proactive engagement
- 2Assess client banking needs and recommend appropriate deposit and loan products
- 3Originate and close consumer loans while managing branch operations
- 4Travel between defined branch clusters to serve diverse customer bases
- 5Lead daily activities at the assigned location with flexible scheduling
- 6Collaborate with float pool managers to ensure service quality and consistency
- 7Maintain accurate account information and process transactions efficiently
- 8Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities
- 9Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Four to five years of customer service experience
- 3Four to five years of sales experience
- 4National Mortgage Licensing System registration under the S.A.F.E. Act
- 5Ability to travel 10+ hours weekly to branch locations
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 7Proven ability to handle complex client interactions independently
- 8Experience with mortgage products and lending processes
- 9Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity
