Middlesex Recovery seeks a compassionate Float Addiction Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based Medication Assisted Treatment across five Massachusetts sites offering telehealth and in-person care. The role involves conducting admissions evaluations and managing OUD and AUD treatment plans.
What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct comprehensive assessments and in-person and telehealth admissions for Medication Assisted Treatment
- 2Evaluate diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder
- 3Initiate and manage MAT including buprenorphine and long-acting injectable medications
- 4Administer Sublocade Brixadi Vivitrol and maintain accurate medical documentation
- 5Collaborate with counseling nursing and administrative teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements5
- 1Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- 2Current MSCR and DEA registration with prescribing authority
- 3Experience initiating MAT for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder
- 4Ability to provide telehealth and in-person clinical services
- 5Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
