What You'll Do11
- 1Own the domain architecture and technical design for ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro within TAM
- 2Serve as technical authority and escalation point for ITAM domain architecture and data model decisions
- 3Design scalable upgrade-safe solutions supporting full asset lifecycle
- 4Align Asset Management with CMDB using CSDM standards
- 5Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems like Procurement Finance and Intune
- 6Establish technical standards and guardrails for SAM/HAM implementations
- 7Partner with TAM Procurement Finance Security and Operations teams to translate requirements into solutions
- 8Support platform upgrades and adopt new ServiceNow capabilities
- 9Increase enterprise visibility across hardware and software assets through improved data quality
- 10Automate procurement to asset lifecycle processes reducing manual effort and cycle time
- 11Promote out-of-box capabilities to minimize technical debt and enhance reporting insights
Requirements10
- 18+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 25+ years implementing or architecting SAM Pro and/or HAM Pro
- 3Global enterprise environment with complex integrations
- 4Strong CMDB architecture CSDM and Discovery data model expertise
- 5Integration experience with Intune ServiceNow ACC-V SCCM or similar tools
- 6Knowledge of software licensing models compliance and hardware lifecycle management
- 7Agile SDLC familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- 8ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
- 9ServiceNow SAM Professional or HAM Professional certification
- 10Certified Implementation Specialist for ServiceNow ITAM SAM or HAM
