Fleet Coordinator FISA-OPA
Overview
Oversee daily operations of FISA-OPA vehicle fleet ensuring proper maintenance and dispatch. Schedule servicing and coordinate overnight parking while directing minor repairs and major repairs to maintenance shop. Prepare accident reports and handle parcel delivery. Assist Mail and Photocopy unit and coordinate pickups with USPS UPS FedEx. Serve as primary driver for executive director and senior management throughout New York City. Transport staff and equipment to alternate Data Center sites in New Jersey. Act as liaison between FISA-OPA and DCAS Fleet Operations unit. Review DCAS and ARI reports on vehicle conditions. Prepare monthly fleet status reports.

- 3Perform onsite minor repairs and direct major repairs to maintenance shop
- 4Initiate requisitions for automotive supplies and investigate vehicular accidents
- 5Prepare and submit accident reports as required by law
- 6Deliver small parcels and urgent correspondence reports legal documents
- 7Assist Mail and Photocopy unit processing incoming and outgoing mail
- 8Coordinate pickups and deliveries with USPS UPS FedEx
- 9Serve as primary driver for executive director and senior management throughout New York City
- 10Transport staff and equipment to alternate Data Center sites in New Jersey
- 11Review DCAS and ARI reports on vehicle conditions
- 12Prepare monthly fleet vehicles status reports
Requirements5
- 1Valid and clean NYS driver's license
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Experience with AWS Certified services
- 4Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment
- 5Proficiency in React framework
