Overview
The Warehouse & Fleet Manager leads daily operations of our warehouse and fleet to ensure materials and vehicles support field missions. This role oversees shipping receiving staging delivery inventory management vehicle fleets PPE distribution record retention and event coordination. We seek a safety‑focused leader with 5+ years experience to drive efficiency and reliability.
What You'll Do16
- 1Oversee all shipping receiving staging and delivery of materials to support field operations
- 2Ensure warehouse safety security cleanliness and proper storage of materials and records
- 3Manage inventory tracking incoming outgoing materials maintaining records and coordinating annual counts
- 4Oversee company fleet vehicles assigned drivers vehicle records inspections maintenance and operational readiness
- 5Coordinate vehicle replacements equipment installations repairs and fleet related requests
- 6Manage PPE and field worker apparel purchasing distribution
- 7Coordinate disposal transfer and retention of administrative records per company procedures
- 8Support company events and other administrative operational needs as assigned
- 9Oversee shipping receiving material for each department check in packages document on tracker organize on shelf stage load and sign out material for technicians
- 10Deliver material to job sites upon manager request
- 11Label packing slips deliver copies to admin and digital copies to managers daily
- 12Collect used fire extinguishers daily coordinate transfer out quarterly
- 13Archive admin records destroy as per file retention program annually
- 14Maintain interior and exterior safety security after hours ensure overall cleanliness and seasonal climate control
- 15Interior and exterior safety and security including after hours
- 16Keep unassigned vehicles empty clean and operationally ready
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing warehouse and fleet operations
- 380 lbs lifting capability
- 4Forklift Operator triennial
- 5First Aid/CPR certification
- 6Driver’s License
- 7Clean driving record
- 8Background check
- 9Experience with AWS Certified
