We seek an Associate-level Multi-Sector Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio management support at BlackRock Global Markets and Index Investments. The role focuses on evolving portfolio management through data automation and AI-driven workflows within multi-sector fixed income mandates. What You'll Do11
- 1Portfolio Management Support multi-sector fixed income portfolios across institutional and ETF mandates
- 2Assist with portfolio construction positioning and trade implementation
- 3Monitor portfolio performance risk exposures and attribution using AI tools
- 4Apply AI and data-driven workflows to enhance portfolio monitoring risk identification reporting and analytics
- 5Partner with senior PMs and technology teams to improve investment decision generation
- 6Contribute to automation and scaling of investment processes
- 7Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve portfolio management processes
- 8Support integration of new tools into platforms like Aladdin
- 9Scale best practices across portfolios and teams
- 10Have 2–5 years of experience in asset management trading or investment analytics
- 11Strong understanding of fixed income markets with multi-sector preference
Requirements6
- 1Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- 2Demonstrated ability to apply data and AI concepts to real-world workflows
- 3Experience with Python SQL or data tools and dashboards or analytical reporting
- 4BA/BS required Progress toward CFA preferred
- 5Interest in AI and automation changes in investment processes
- 6Applicable education and professional qualifications
