HPS Investment Partners seeks a Business Analyst / Business Intelligence Developer to build data analytics and reporting solutions for Public & Private Loan CLO and Long/Short Credit trading desks. This role partners with Portfolio Management Operations and Finance to address process inefficiencies automate tasks and deliver insights. What You'll Do5
- 1Work directly with designated business groups to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- 2Own detailed analysis of business process workflows assisting with data cleanup and compilation for ad-hoc requests
- 3Develop and integrate data analytics solutions supporting Senior Management Investor Relations Business Development Front Office PMs Analysts Traders Risk Operations and Finance
- 4Partner with offsite and offshore development teams to extend technical capabilities
- 5Provide continuous input to enrich data access and innovate dashboard capabilities
Requirements5
- 15+ years of total relevant experience
- 2Strong MS-SQL query composition skills
- 3Product knowledge with bank loans bonds credit derivatives or FX forwards
- 4Experience with Power BI or Tableau Qlikview
- 5Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or related field with an MBA from a tier I institution
