Fitness Studio Manager, F45 Training & Sales Leadership
Overview
You will own the full P&L for a flagship F45 studio in Hewlett Bay Park, driving membership growth and operational excellence. You lead a team of coaches and front desk staff, ensuring every class is packed and every member feels valued. You are the brand ambassador, building community partnerships and energizing the sales floor. This role stands out for its blend of hands-on coaching, strategic sales, and business ownership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Create and execute a sales and marketing plan to exceed membership targets, using Salesforce to track leads and conversions.
- 2Coach Cardio, Strength, Hybrid, and Hyrox classes, modeling proper form and intensity.
- 3Drive gross margin improvement by optimizing class schedules and capacity, using Mindbody for bookings and attendance analytics.
- 4Ensure front desk compliance: member check-ins, payment handling, and customer care calls through Club OS.
- 5Recruit, train, and onboard all staff, delivering a culture of accountability and growth.
- 6Maintain and grow the membership base, hitting conversion and retention goals through weekly outreach and referral programs.
- 7Oversee studio cleanliness and branding, ensuring adherence to F45 guidelines and values.
- 8Manage day-to-day operations, from inventory to staff scheduling, using Google Workspace for coordination.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of sales leadership in the health and fitness industry.
- 2Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE, or ISSA.
- 3Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- 42+ years of management experience, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- 5Proven track record delivering high-quality customer service and driving team results.
- 6Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
- 7Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 8Experience with Mindbody or Club OS preferred.
- 91+ year experience coaching group fitness preferred.
Salary Insight
$55 - $65k per year
