This role blends retail operations, nutrition coaching, and community outreach, offering $22-$27 per hour plus profit share bonuses up to $600 monthly.
What You'll Do8
- 1Share nutrition knowledge to guide customers to meal choices that match their individual objectives.
- 2Deliver energetic, precise, and intentional customer service, ensuring every interaction is exceptional.
- 3Engage customers to understand their fitness regimens, ambitions, and obstacles, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
- 4Manage end-of-day tasks diligently, including register reconciliation, store cleanliness, and preparation for the next day.
- 5Represent My Fit Foods at community events and marketing activations.
- 6Build local relationships with gyms, apartments, and wellness partners to drive brand awareness.
- 7Participate in ongoing leadership development and team mentorship programs.
- 8Run regular performance check-ins with your leader to reinforce goals and self-accountability.
Requirements9
- 12+ years experience in retail, fitness, or nutrition-related roles preferred.
- 2Demonstrated discipline and consistency through daily habits or routines.
- 3Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers and partners.
- 4Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds as needed.
- 5Availability for both Day Shift and Night Shift on weekdays and weekends.
- 6Willingness to travel 25% of the time for community events and partner visits.
- 7Basic math skills for register reconciliation and daily financial tasks.
- 8Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- 9High school diploma or equivalent; certification in nutrition or personal training is a plus.
