Sales Associate, Stretch & Wellness Studio
Overview
You will own front-desk sales and lead generation at a StretchLab studio in Houston's Energy Corridor. You will drive new member acquisition through direct outreach and convert prospects into intro classes. You will work with a tight-knit team backed by Xponential Fitness, a national luxury fitness group. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on face-to-face interaction and community events. You will be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their experience with StretchLab.
What You'll Do8
- 1Drive direct sales by generating leads through phone calls, door-to-door visits, and community events, booking prospects into intro classes.
- 2Close membership sales and retail products by presenting services and product features to current and prospective members.
- 3Manage the front desk: greet clients, check them in, conduct studio tours, and target individual needs to build relationships.
- 4Follow up with leads and missed intro classes to book quality appointments and meet monthly sales quota.
- 5Promote the studio at local events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community/hospital events) and distribute pamphlets.
- 6Support studio content creation and social media participation to increase local brand visibility.
- 7Enforce club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider and ensure the studio remains clean and tidy.
- 8Assist the General Manager with the sales process from lead generation to close, including travel to nearby locations for outreach.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of sales or customer service experience in a fitness or wellness environment.
- 2Excellent communication skills in English, both in person and via phone/email.
- 3Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve membership sales targets.
- 4Ability to learn and use ClubReady software for scheduling and member management.
- 5Comfortable standing or sitting for up to 8 hours and traveling within the Houston area for outreach.
- 6Proficient computer skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- 7Motivated to attend external events outside the studio and work flexible hours.
- 8Fitness knowledge is preferred, but not required.
