Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, ESOP & Fire Protection Systems
Overview
This role owns field service across customer sites, maintaining and repairing fire sprinkler systems at scale. You will join a 100% employee-owned team focused on craftsmanship, safety, and professional growth. You’ll work with a supportive, on-site Raleigh team delivering reliable service and timely solutions.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and diagnose fire sprinkler system deficiencies at customer locations
- 2Perform inspections, service, maintenance, and installations on fire sprinkler systems
- 3Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- 4Complete service tickets and inspection reports accurately
- 5Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
- 6Maintain compliance with NFPA standards and safety procedures
- 7Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- 8Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- 3Minimum of 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience
- 4Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards
- 5Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- 6Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 7Excellent communication and customer service skills
