What You'll Do7
- 1Install terminate and test fire alarm systems per NFPA 72 and local code
- 2Pull and route conduit and cabling for devices panels and ancillary equipment
- 3Install and program fire alarm control panels and associated devices
- 4Perform point-to-point testing and system commissioning with the AHJ
- 5Read and work from blueprints riser diagrams and system submittals
- 6Maintain accurate as-built documentation and inspection records
- 7Coordinate with other trades to ensure proper sequencing and compliance
Requirements8
- 13+ years of commercial fire alarm installation experience
- 2Working knowledge of NFPA 72 and applicable local codes
- 3Experience with Notifier Simplex EST Siemens or equivalent FACPs
- 4Ability to read construction drawings and system submittals
- 5NICET Level II certification preferred with strong field experience
- 6Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
- 7Tennessee Low Voltage license or ability to obtain
- 8Familiarity with mass notification systems
