Overview
The role centers on measuring, fabricating, and installing high-quality interior finish work for luxury residential and commercial projects. You will read plans, cut and shape millwork, install doors, cabinetry, and built-ins, and ensure clean workmanship on schedule. This position offers hands-on carpentry on premium interiors with a focus on precise detail and safety. Work onsite in Paradise Valley, AZ with a collaborative team.
What You'll Do10
- 1Read blueprints and specifications to determine layout
- 2Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install finish materials
- 3Install baseboards, crown molding, casing, wainscoting, and other millwork
- 4Hang and install doors, frames, hardware, and trim
- 5Build and install cabinets, countertops supports, shelving, and built-ins
- 6Install stair components, handrails, balusters, and related trim
- 7Inspect work for alignment, gaps, damage, and smooth operation
- 8Repair or replace damaged trim, doors, cabinetry, and woodwork
- 9Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- 10Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, clients to meet project schedules

- 15 years experience as a finish carpenter with luxury homes
- 2Strong ability to read blueprints and use tape measures, levels, squares
- 3Proficiency with hand and power tools
- 4Attention to detail and workmanship standards
- 5Ability to work independently and communicate with project team
