As a Fine Dining Server at Willow Creek Restaurant, you will own the guest experience from greeting to farewell, delivering personalized service in an upscale setting. You will pair Aloha and Micros POS expertise with deep wine and spirits knowledge to elevate every meal. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, personalized service from welcome to check-out.
- 2Present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and upsell specials to boost guest satisfaction and sales.
- 3Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha or Micros POS systems, ensuring correct transactions.
- 4Serve food and drinks promptly, including spirits, wine, and cocktails, with polished presentation.
- 5Maintain food safety and sanitation standards during food handling, serving, and table clearing.
- 6Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests to keep the dining area pristine.
- 7Collaborate with kitchen staff to time deliveries and communicate guest preferences or special requests.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred.
- 2Proficiency with Aloha or Micros POS systems; OpenTable experience is a plus.
- 3Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques.
- 4Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- 5Ability to manage time during busy service periods while keeping attention to detail.
- 6Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions.
- 7Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- 8Previous experience as a host/hostess or food server is advantageous.
