Overview
As a Financial Services Representative at Teachers Federal Credit Union, you will own member relationships, processing routine transactions and introducing members to digital banking tools. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and strengthen member relationships by learning their personal financial goals and recommending tailored solutions.
- 2Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, and IRAs, with accuracy and compliance.
- 3Educate members on using web, mobile app, and ATMs for more efficient banking.
- 4Proactively contact members to schedule appointments to discuss their financial goals.
- 5Provide financial education and services to help members integrate banking into their everyday lives.
- 6Perform other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements6
- 1High School degree or GED required.
- 21+ year of general work experience in customer service, call center, sales, or branch environment.
- 36+ months of cash handling experience preferred.
- 4Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, mathematical, problem solving, multitasking, and computer skills.
- 5Attention to detail required.
- 6Bilingual Spanish required.
Salary Insight
$48 - $50k per year
