- 4Lead financial statement analytics and variance analysis
- 5Coordinate with regional finance teams and external auditors
- 6Support internal controls over financial reporting
- 7Research reporting impacts of new accounting standards
- 8Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems and processes
- 9Analyze financial results and communicate insights to management
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting issues
- 11Maintain documentation and strengthen reporting controls
Requirements11
- 1Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- 2Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and footnotes
- 3Understanding of monthly and quarterly close processes
- 4Excellent analytical skills for evaluating financial results
- 5Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 7Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- 8Experience with SEC filings including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
- 9Familiarity with SAP Oracle EPM Hyperion or Workiva
- 10CPA certification preferred
- 11Leadership experience supervising or reviewing team members
