What You'll Do12

  • 1Apply technical expertise and financial aid policy knowledge to configure integrated systems for efficient processing
  • 2Align technical solutions with business requirements through analysis of financial aid processes
  • 3Maintain Oracle SQL databases and develop rules for Banner systems
  • 4Coordinate upgrades and enhancements for Financial Aid Management Systems
  • 5Perform QA testing and document issues for release upgrades
  • 6Create operating protocols and user documentation for system workflows
  • 7Provide training and support to staff and students using financial aid applications
  • 8Analyze and report on financial aid data for federal and state agencies
  • 9Serve as backup for departmental website security
  • 10Assist Office of Institutional Research with data definitions and audit preparation
  • 11Develop training materials for Banner ImageNow and related systems
  • 12Identify regulatory changes impacting system configurations

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field with three years experience in student information systems or ERP
  • 2Proficiency in Oracle SQL Crystal reports and other reporting tools
  • 3Strong understanding of financial aid processes and federal state regulations
  • 4Experience with database management system configuration and troubleshooting
  • 5Ability to interpret policies and explain procedures clearly
  • 6Leadership skills for managing multiple projects and teams
  • 7Master’s degree preferred in related discipline
  • 8Two weeks advance notice required for accommodations
