Finance Leadership Development Program Associate
Overview
You will own three 1-year rotations across Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise finance, gaining exposure to FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Internal Audit at a global powersports leader. You will work with senior leaders, mentor directly under business executives, and present outcomes to executive leadership. This program builds leadership skills through structured development and real business impact, ending with a full-time finance role.
What You'll Do7
- 1Complete 3 rotations of 1 year each across Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise finance, delivering financial analysis and supporting business decisions.
- 2Build financial models and forecasts for business units, using Excel and SharePoint to track performance and identify risks.
- 3Support month-end close, variance analysis, and reporting for FP&A or Controllership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- 4Partner with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
- 5Present rotation results and recommendations to senior leaders, demonstrating business acumen and communication skills.
- 6Participate in the Early Talent Summit Week and networking events to build relationships across the organization.
- 7Engage in community service and professional development activities to enhance leadership capabilities.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, graduating between August 2026 and May 2027.
- 2Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3Commitment to work 40 hours per week starting January 11, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
- 4U.S. person status (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) without need for sponsorship.
- 5Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations and beyond.
- 6Reliable transportation for daily office commute.
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
- 8Active leadership experience in student organizations or work, with demonstrated strengths in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation.
- 9Strong interest in long-term career development in finance.
Salary Insight
$68 - $72k per year
