What You'll Do11
- 1Design Build Ship Own Scale Drive FX strategies tax billing and cross-border risk models to support market positioning pricing and geopolitical economic insights
- 2Partner with commercial teams to articulate value propositions for service offerings upgrades and market dynamics
- 3Lead ITO processes ensuring robust underwriting standards and efficient risk return frameworks
- 4Define operating rhythm using MOR Hoshin and Bowler processes oversee budgeting operating plans and KPI creation
- 5Automate systems enhance reporting and collaborate with IT to optimize processes
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate cost assumptions and align resource requirements
- 7Drive data-driven improvements identifying financial trends and recommending strategies to maximize cash profitability and fleet risk management
- 8Manage centralized reporting and productivity metrics influencing stakeholders through clear communication of complex financial concepts

Requirements10
- 1Master's degree from an accredited university in Finance or Accounting with 10 years experience in Job Family Group(s)
- 2Significant experience in Finance & Commercial Finance Management for non-U.S. roles
- 3Global mindset navigating financial and cultural complexities across regions
- 4Strategic acumen structuring complex high-value deals spanning multiple jurisdictions
- 5Resilience agility working under pressure during critical deal cycles
- 6Digital leadership utilizing contemporary data sets for commercial performance visibility
- 7Strong oral and written communication skills
- 8Preferred graduate from finance management leadership programs such as FMP OFLP CAS
- 9Experience with Gas Power relevant background valued
- 10Ability to operate in Mexico branch with onsite requirement
