What You'll Do7
- 1Build automated journal entry processes using Excel and database systems
- 2Design and maintain monthly/year-end financial reports
- 3Lead bank credit card and general ledger reconciliations
- 4Drive insurance carrier and agency commission statement reconciliation
- 5Implement database management solutions for financial data
- 6Assist with payroll processing and employee records management
- 7Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong knowledge of reconciliations journal entries and accrual accounting
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems
- 4Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- 5Insurance agency experience preferred
