What You'll Do8
- 1Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and skylights for residential and commercial clients using Jobber for documentation.
- 2Clear gutters, remove debris, and flush downspouts to prevent water damage, using ladders and lifts safely.
- 3Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment for exterior surfaces, adhering to company safety protocols.
- 4Navigate rooftops, ladders, and scaffolding safely, following OSHA guidelines and DIR requirements on applicable jobs.
- 5Drive company vehicles responsibly, maintaining clean driving records and complying with traffic laws.
- 6Review job notes, complete tasks thoroughly, and upload photos and documentation using Jobber or approved systems.
- 7Communicate professionally with clients and office staff, ensuring clear expectations and satisfaction.
- 8Document all work accurately and report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
Requirements9
- 11-2 years of professional window cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- 2Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- 3Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 4Ability to work safely at heights including rooftops, ladders, and lifts.
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- 6Adherence to attendance and scheduling procedures.
- 7Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- 8Preferred: OSHA safety training or willingness to obtain, experience with Jobber, and mid-rise or high-rise window cleaning skills.
- 9Must provide at least two professional references from previous supervisors.
