Cleaning Technician Job San Francisco | BDG Cleaning
Overview
You'll own the cleanliness and client satisfaction across residential and commercial sites in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. You'll execute regular, deep, move-in/out, and post-construction cleanings, using checklists and quality standards to ensure every detail. You'll work independently or with a team, reporting directly to management and protecting client property. This role offers $24-$30/hour, flexible scheduling, and a path to Lead Cleaner.
What You'll Do10
- 1Clean residential homes, apartments, and offices using checklists and quality standards.
- 2Perform deep cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas with sanitizing and degreasing agents.
- 3Execute move-in/move-out cleanings, ensuring spaces are spotless and ready for new occupants.
- 4Handle post-construction and renovation cleanup, removing dust, debris, and residue from surfaces.
- 5Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, windows, and common areas with microfiber and vacuum equipment.
- 6Protect customer property by using protective coverings and gentle techniques.
- 7Communicate professionally with clients, updating them on progress and addressing concerns.
- 8Report any damage, missing items, or unusual conditions to management immediately.
- 9Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
- 10Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs within the scheduled timeframe, adjusting to client needs.
Requirements9
- 11+ year of professional cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or janitorial experience preferred (not required).
- 2Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40-50 lbs when necessary.
- 3Reliable and dependable with a professional attitude toward clients and teammates.
- 4Strong attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet quality standards.
- 5Comfortable working in different homes and environments, adapting to client preferences.
- 6Good communication skills for interacting with customers and reporting to management.
- 7Smartphone for scheduling and communication via apps and text.
- 8Reliable transportation strongly preferred to travel between job sites.
- 9Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
Salary Insight
