What You'll Do6
- 1Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods ensuring streak-free results on all types of windows including skylights and high-rise building windows
- 2Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely removing dirt grime and debris from exterior windows and surfaces
- 3Use telescopic poles and/or ladders confidently responsibly accessing windows at various heights while maintaining safety standards
- 4Clean interior windows with appropriate tools and techniques providing comprehensive service exceeding customer expectations
- 5Apply proper personal protective equipment during all tasks ensuring safety during outdoor work and when handling cleaning chemicals or equipment
- 6Maintain a clean and organized work environment properly storing cleaning supplies and equipment after each job
Requirements9
- 1Proven experience in storefront window cleaning residential window cleaning or commercial cleaning environments
- 2Skilled in the use of pressure washers for window cleaning and traditional squeegee methods
- 3Comfortable working at heights using ladders rope access techniques or scissor lifts while adhering to safety protocols
- 4Knowledge of skylight cleaning and high-rise building window maintenance is a plus
- 5Strong customer service skills communicating professionally with clients addressing their needs effectively
- 6Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
- 7Familiarity with various cleaning equipment including pressure washers squeegees brushes and safety gear such as PPE
- 8Outdoor work experience highlighting adaptability to changing weather conditions and physical demands
- 9Problem solving abilities where you can come up with solutions to a variety of different problems
