Field Subconsultant, Phase I ESA PCA & Field Inspections
Overview
Own onsite inspections and writing Phase I ESA or PCA reports for commercial real estate due diligence. You will join our Subconsultant Network and collaborate with a national firm on projects across the United States. Expect flexible, project-based work with potential for ongoing opportunities. You will perform field inspections, gather data, and draft reports in accordance with ASTM and industry guidelines.

- 1Build site inspections and write professional reports under ASTM standards
- 2Coordinate field visits across multiple projects to meet deadlines
- 3Capture data and observations during site walks and ensure quality documentation
- 4Prepare complete Phase I ESA and/or PCA reports with independent analysis
- 5Contribute to project teams and ensure consistency with client requirements
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments
- 2Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently
- 3Ability to travel to job sites and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- 4Familiarity with industry standards ASTM for ESA and PCA guidelines
- 5Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field not required
- 6Professional credentials such as CEP RA PE or similar beneficial not required
- 7Radon or AHERA (Asbestos) certifications beneficial
- 8Experience with Fannie Mae Freddie Mac or HUD scope projects beneficial
- 9Quire or similar reporting platforms experience preferred
