What You'll Do8
- 1Receive requests from Marina staff in person over the phone or via email to prioritize needs
- 2Provide on site marine service at assigned customer locations
- 3Diagnose engine performance rigging controls and gauges using test equipment and laptop software
- 4Perform maintenance on Mercury products and related hardware to factory specs
- 5Keep detailed service logs and safely operate trucks tractors trailers and boats
- 6Maintain work area neat and orderly and work weekend days as part of a rotating schedule
- 7Lead projects that improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times
- 8Train new hires and develop skills throughout tenure
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent minimum 2 to 4 years servicing outboards stern drives rigging and boat repair
- 2Ability to diagnose and repair marine engines drive rigging and controls
- 3Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 4Minimum 5 years experience with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 5Strong problem solving abilities and adaptability
Salary Insight
$47 - $74k per year
