Overview
The Detailer supports boat detailing and transportation for TMBC Sales Service and Parts. This role ensures world class customer service while handling cleaning interior and exterior of boats. Responsibilities include operating forklifts moving inventory and maintaining supply lists. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do11
- 1Wash clean wax vacuum boat interiors and exteriors for scheduled pickups
- 2Use forklift or tractor to unload and transport boats motors trailers and ATVs
- 3Confirm packing lists for all boat loads and deliveries
- 4Move customer boats to service rigging and storage areas
- 5Maintain cleaning supply inventory and report needs to Service Manager
- 6Assist Rigger and Service Specialist with PDI and VIN verification
- 7Report unit concerns or required repairs to Service Manager
- 8Perform grounds and facility maintenance as required
- 9Keep work area neat and clean
- 10Travel within dealership as needed
- 11Follow general supervision using established procedures
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds
- 3Must be at least 21 years old
- 4DOT physical may be required
- 5Ability to operate forklift and tractor
- 6Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- 7Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment operation
