- 4Coordinate special events manage pricing and UPC integrity determine proper assortments and ensure display accuracy
- 5Maintain high personal customer service standards exceed company averages and support GSM/DM
- 6Conduct product demos train staff and lead meetings and presentations
- 7Resolve customer and associate issues consult with GSM/DM and HR Manager
- 8Assist with scheduling assign and directing work measure performance and address complaints
- 9Promote programs like CLUB Membership VOC and In-Store Pick-up
- 10Analyze reports calculate discounts commissions and perform calculations
- 11Utilize word processing spreadsheets and inventory management systems
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement
- 22 to 4 years retail sales supervisory experience preferred
- 3Ability to calculate figures and analyze reports
- 4Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present information
- 5Proficiency with electronic point of sale and inventory management systems
